Sanjoy Majumder

Highly experienced development professional with over 20 years of expertise across diverse areas including community risk assessment, disaster risk reduction, socio-economic research, grant management, project management, advocacy, and organizational leadership. He currently serves as Executive Director and Partner at PSDI Consultancy and has extensive experience leading large-scale national projects, particularly in disability inclusion, education, climate change adaptation, SRHR, gender equality, and emergency response.
Sanjoy has a strong background in planning, monitoring and evaluation, strategic development, capacity building of grassroots organizations, donor coordination, and policy advocacy. He has successfully worked with national and international donors such as the EU, Simavi, CBM, Oxfam Novib, and UN agencies, and has coordinated closely with government bodies including DDM, DGFP, and DGHS.
With academic credentials in both Social Science and Computer Applications, Sanjoy brings a unique combination of technical, analytical, and leadership skills. His hands-on experience spans project conceptualization to field-level implementation, focusing especially on marginalized groups including persons with disabilities, adolescents, and indigenous communities.
