Arbor Day

PSDI Consultancy, in collaboration with WE WE ICT Center, proudly observed Arbor Day in Bandarban, a hill district of Chittagong, by planting 100 trees. This joint initiative reflects our shared commitment to environmental sustainability and building a more livable earth. Through active community engagement, the event aimed to inspire local participation in protecting natural resources, reducing climate vulnerabilities, and enhancing long-term food security. Tree plantation in hilly and climate-sensitive regions like Bandarban plays a vital role in restoring biodiversity, preventing soil erosion, and improving water retention — all essential for resilient ecosystems and sustainable livelihoods. By working together, PSDI Consultancy and WE WE ICT Center reaffirm their dedication to grassroots actions that contribute to a greener, safer future for all. This Arbor Day celebration is a step forward in creating awareness and encouraging ongoing community-led efforts toward climate resilience and sustainable development in the Chittagong Hill Tracts.
