PSDI Consultancy is proud to have facilitated a two-day Resource Mobilization Plan Development Workshop for Zabarang Kalyan Samity (ZKS) in Khagrachhari on 11–12 June 2025. Bringing together senior management, mid-level leadership, and field staff, the workshop marked a crucial step in strengthening Zabarang’s institutional sustainability. Experts from PSDI Consultancy worked closely with ZKS to co-develop a realistic, actionable 5-year Resource Mobilization Plan focused on:

• Conducting a comprehensive SWOT and capacity assessment

• Exploring diverse funding sources: CSR, INGOs, bilateral donors, UN agencies, government schemes, and philanthropy

• Designing innovative income-generating programs (IGPs) aligned with Zabarang’s mission

• Recommending internal systems, fundraising structures, and staff capacity-building
